Get direct, one-on-one guidance tailored to YOU — no guesswork, no cookie-cutter plans.
This service doesn’t apply to bodybuilding and strength sports only. So long as you can send Dr. Marv video of your chosen hobby or sport, you can reverse engineer together what movement capabilities or nutritional help you need to maximize performance.
Consultations can cover nearly anything within my scope of expertise, including:
- Training audits and program optimization
- Movement assessments and biomechanics
- Prehab and rehab exercise strategies
- Nutrition audits
- Bloodwork review and interpretation
- OTC supplementation
- Performance and recovery strategies
Whether you want to break through a plateau, address pain, or optimize performance, we’ll work together to build a practical game plan based on your goals.
Complete the intake questionnaire in as much detail as possible so we can spend the consultation addressing your questions—not taking an extensive history.
You may attach relevant:
- Bloodwork, imaging reports, or medical records
- Training, competition, posing, or sport/movement videos/photos
- 5–7-day food and drink log for nutrition consultations—please document your normal intake
- Anything else that may help me understand your situation
Consultations are $299/hour, prorated based on the actual time used. For example, 1 hour and 20 minutes is billed as 1.33 hours.
The consultation includes a reasonable amount of questionnaire and material review. If extensive preparation is required—such as reviewing substantial records, imaging, bloodwork, or multiple videos—a $100 preparation fee may apply. Unusually time-intensive cases may require an additional fee based on the work involved.
All additional fees will be discussed and approved before the work is completed.
Payment is due at the conclusion of the consultation and may be made through venmo, cash app, or zelle.
Depending on the consultation, follow-up materials may include a lab breakdown, consultation notes, educational recommendations, and/or rehab and prehab exercises delivered through ChiroUp.
Teams and organizations: The same clinical eye behind the Alvin Community College Baseball's S&C program is available for your roster—start with one call.
Clinicians: You are welcome, too. He serves on MicroLight’s Medical Advisory Board and consult with providers on integrating performance-based care into their practices.
Dr. Marv keeps his calendar as current as possible, but last-minute event bookings may occasionally affect availability. If a selected time no longer works, you will be contacted promptly to find another appointment time.
This consultation is for educational purposes only. Dr. Marv handed me a daily protocol that took no more than 10 minutes. … After week 1, I felt improvements. After week 4, the issues were virtually gone. After week 8, they were a distant memory.
